the reason why it was pleasureable is for the following reasons: Joe is very friendly & personable, he is very knowledgeable in his craft due to the fact that he has a great deal of experience which is valuable to my wife & I. That means to us that we never had to worry about anything when Joe rented out or least our home to tenants. If something needed to be fixed or if there was an issue, Joe would contact us quickly to inform us & advise us accordingly. If I was running a company I would hire Joe as my mgr. His professionaism along with his other qualities that I have mentioned would give me all the confidence in the world where I would have complete faith in Joe to run the company. Thank you Joe for overseeing our house when it was rented or leased. you made a potential stressful experience, pleasureable. Also, my wife & I want to thank Joe & his wife, Sharie on the outstanding job they did when they listed our home for sale. they had us in escrow within 3 weeks after they listed it with a highly qualified buyer. they informed my wife & I about what we needed to do & what each step along the way would be. Joe's & Shari's knowledge & experience guided us through the escrow from beginning to end. Escrow closed on 06/23/23 without a glitch & all the steps in the escrow went very smoothly & we thank Joe & Shari for their guidance. Finally, my wife, Barbara & I would hire Joe in a heartbeat if we ever need a property mgr again & if we had another home to sell, we would certainly hire Joe Nix & his wife Shari.
